Questions from prior listings.

Will the photos pass MLS rules?
Yes. We deliver virtually-staged photos at full MLS resolution, and we provide the disclosure language CREA and RECO require you to include on the listing. The staging is added; nothing about the actual room — walls, windows, flooring, fixtures — is altered.
How fast can you turn around a full listing?
24 hours for the listing bundle and premium tier; 48 hours for one-off photos. Need it faster? Rush turnaround under 6 hours for a 50% surcharge — useful when a listing goes live the next morning.
What if the room isn't empty?
We declutter first. If the photo shows tenant furniture or seller belongings, we virtually empty the room before restaging it. No additional charge for the decluttering pass — it's part of the workflow.
Can you stage exteriors or just interiors?
Both. We stage empty backyards (patio set, fire pit, planted beds), convert day-shot exteriors to dusk, and remove cars from driveways. Exterior work is included in the Premium tier and quoted à la carte on smaller tiers.
What if I don't like the result?
Two free revision rounds on every tier, unlimited on Premium. If we still can't land it after the included revisions, the photo is free. We'd rather eat a $15 cost than have a listing photo we're not proud of out in the world.
Do you work with photographers or directly with agents?
Both. Some agents send us photos directly from their phone or DSLR; some forward a Dropbox link their listing photographer dropped. Either flow works. If you have a photographer you trust, we slot into their handoff.

Virtually-staged photos must be disclosed on the MLS listing in Canada. We provide compliance-ready caption text (e.g. “Photo virtually staged — furniture not included”) so you can drop it straight into the photo description on Realtor.ca and your local board MLS. Architectural elements — walls, windows, fixtures, flooring — are never altered. Only furniture and decor are added.
